Since its foundation in 1991, LAUS GmbH has been working in the field of ecotoxicology and environmental fate. 1999, our first GLP certificate was issued with categories 4 (ecotoxicology) and 5 (environmental fate); the current certificate (2006) confirms the categories 1 (physico-chemical properties), 3 (genotoxicity), 4 (ecotoxicology), 5 (environmental fate), 6 (residual analysis) and 8 (analysis of biological materials). Our performance profile encompasses physical-chemical studies, ecotoxicological examinatinos, biodegradation studies according to international guidelines, mutagenicity studies, characterisation of substances (development/validation of analytical methods, using GC, HPLC, AAS, Polarography, DOC etc.), as well as residual analysis in different matrices.
